One to One Therapies

Transpersonal Regression Therapy (TRT)

Transpersonal Regression Therapy focusses on a Cognitive model of verbal exploration through which practitioners gain access to the issue – which maybe psychological, emotional, mental or physical. As a practitioner of psychoanalysis and regression, I have always believed in the fact our present day issues may have their origin in the past. Without going back in time to the past, it is almost impossible to relieve anyone of their problems completely. It is therefore imperative to go back in time and explore and uncover experiences from our past that may have led to our present day situation. Most of the time, my work is with the body and is focussed on releasing the cellular memory of that particular past, that might be carried across the developmental phase of an individual, independent of time and space.

The therapy begins as a conversation, and descends into a state of exploration. Followed by necessary amount of catharsis, release and finally healing. Simply put, Transpersonal Regression Therapy helps us to release the baggage from the past that may be unconsciously hampering our present day life. As a regression therapist I do not believe in creating a trance to take the person back in time; infact the trance happens by itself through the questionnaire. I only believe in experiences, and the moment the person is able to experience the feeling in his body, he/she is also able to recollect a part of his memory. Once we uncover that, we can begin the healing. The Transpersonal Model is effective in its approach and fundamentality because it works towards making a concrete contract for every session and achieving that contract by the end of the session. Therefore, as opposed to traditional forms of psychotherapy, Regression Therapy is a briefer form of therapy. Resolution is faster. Sometimes a single session is enough to bring significant shift in a client.

Many of us are looking for solutions to problems that may not have any valid logical explanation in our universe. For example, you may be suffering from a disturbing skin issue that keeps on reappearing every summer even after taking adequate medication, you may be embroiled in relationship patterns where every time you set out to find a life-partner you end up with an abusive personality, you may have morbid fear of blood and cuts though you’ve never had a surgery or went to a medical school. These problems by virtue of their strangeness cannot probably be addressed through a logical framework. That’s where Past Life Regression Therapy steps in. PLRT as it is shortly called could be the answer to all the problems that may not have their solutions in your present life.

Many clients with skin issues have regressed back to lifetimes where they may have burnt themselves to death; similarly clients with relationship patterns and abusive partners may find themselves stuck in an unresolved abusive relationship in a different lifetime and may still be recreating the pattern in their current lifetime. Also people with phobias and fears may have faced traumatic deaths in other lifetimes and carried forward their memories and impressions through their cellular memory.

PLRT provides a platform not only to uncover and learn these truths, but most importantly release these impressions and memories from the past so that “excess baggage” can be dumped and we can let go of what we no longer need. PLRT has gained great acceptance and popularity through the works of Dr. Brian Weiss, Morris Netherton, Dr. Hans TenDam in the recent years and is a remarkable tool to address issues rooted deep down in the unconscious.

Inner Child Integration Therapy (ICIT)

We all have been hurt, traumatized, made fun of, or even subtly quoted as someone undesirable at some point in our lives. We all have felt unwanted, helpless, and weak at many points in our lives where we haven’t had the best possible way to react or respond. We all have had parts of us buried deep within us that we are scared of, ashamed of and damaged. Parts that we do not want to discover, parts that we have learnt to shove down a dark deep hole. And these are what we will discover once we understand what an Inner Child is.

We would like to believe that things that happened to us in the past – traumatic incidents, bad behaviour, foul experiences – are actually in the past. We would like to believe that time is linear and once an incident happens, it is forgotten or swayed away like the waves of a sea back into the sea. For us as people who have learnt to move on with life, everything ‘bad’ that has happened to us are now no longer there in our lives because they are in the past and because we don’t have to go back to those times. Environment has changed, relationships have changed, geography too has changed for many I believe. But what has not changed? Energy!

There is a reason why patterns keep repeating in our lives. Inner Child Integration Therapy helps us to go back to where the formation of all these patterns — beliefs, ideas and programs happened. These are the times when either as a result of trauma or an accident, maybe as a result of abuse, a dysfunctional family or under the effect of authority we lose parts of ourselves and become scattered and damaged. It is then that we have to look at this therapeutic model to collect those scattered parts and work towards integration. Here we strive to work towards wholeness, integration and achieve the transcendental state to which we all essentially belong.

“Seeds sown by parents will germinate and grow in the hearts of their children”

Numerous research projects in the field of epigenetic sciences have confirmed the fact that it is not only physiological issues or diseases like diabetes, cancer obesity that are hereditary but experiences of trauma, fears, family disputes, separations and patterns of abuses are also passed down from one generation to the other. Mark Wolynn, one of the most noted Family Therapist, writes in his widely popular book, “It Didn’t Start With You” — how in our everyday depression, anxiety, fears we are actually unconsciously reliving our mother’s anxiety. We repeat our father’s disappointments. We replicate the failed relationships of our parents and grandparents. All of these unresolved issues can go on hampering our day to day life and may continue to live with us, growing larger by the day and becoming more and more complex and at times going down the generation line to our children. Ironical as it is, that they live with us when they don’t even belong to us.

Transgenerational Therapy and Family Constellation Work are methods by which we can identify these long standing issues from our family tree and generational line that has come to us and we have unconsciously carried them ahead. And finally release them from our system. We discover through awareness that they never belonged to us and we can let them go with honor and grace.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT finds its origin way back over 5000 years ago, in the Ancient Chinese Shaolin and Taoist monasteries, where the subtle energies and meridians that travel throughout the body were first mapped. It’s a technique to eliminate stress, tension, anxiety and negativity that involve two things: gentle tapping on the energy meridians and talking about the issue. So, it’s the only form of talk plus touch therapy that works brilliantly and within seconds. It is tried, tested and clinically proven to work best for post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, abuse, depression, insomnia, heart and lung disease, addiction, autoimmune diseases, unexplained pain, cravings and cancer.

Matrix Reimprinting is an evolved form of tapping technique or EFT. But at the same time, it does have a few processes and ways that are different from traditional EFT. For example, in conventional EFT tapping on meridian end points is used to take the emotional intensity out of a past memory. What you are left with is to be able to recall your most traumatic and stressful life memories without any emotional disruption or stress, which is obviously extremely useful, as negative past memories keep the body in a state of stress and can contribute to disease. However, with Matrix Reimprinting the memory is actually transformed. You can go into any past memory, say and do what you wished you’d said and done, bring in new resources, and create and transform the picture you have of that memory.

In Matrix Reimprinting we see these past negative memories as being held as pictures or holograms in your body-field. Until you transform them you keep tuning into them on a subconscious level and they affect your health, your wellbeing and your point of attraction. Changing the pictures creates both physical and emotional healing, and enables you to attract more positive experiences into your life. And by tapping on the meridians of the body at the same time, the process is accelerated.
